Attn: Cornelius city plannersNC state dept of Highways AGAIN….epic failure to plan ahead in preparing for high traffic patterns - as if traffic isn’t already A major problem lacking in additional lanes & traffic flow!! Exit 28 - I-77….east side - going in to Cornelius A new apartment complex that they have allowed to build right up to the sidewalk! What happened to setback requirements to allow for future needs? Population growth no longer a consideration ever?

When I driving over the bridge on West Moreland.I noticed 2 EMT. With their lights flashing. There was a fire truck there also. With lights flashing. I didn't see anyone protesting,no signs. Just people just people standing there watching traffic go by on 77. Anyone have any idea what going on?
